Ordering
Yes, you do. All you need to do is enter your full name, an email address and password. You can then place an order and add your shipping and payment information at the checkout.
While placing an order, you will have an opportunity to log in if you already have a customer account with us.
No. Unfortunately, changing a placed order is not possible. If you want to order a different artwork, simply complete a new order.
No, Please note that we have excluded the return policy for artworks (Prints) with a freely selectable size (variable size). This is because these works are individually finished according to your preferences and our cut according to your needs.
* Limited Edition Prints:
Limited Edition prints are final sale and are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can not be changed.
* Downloadable products
Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be cancelled or refunded because they are immediately delivered/downloadable upon purchase. This is the industry standard.
