LIGHTROOM PRESETS
INSTALLATION GUIDE & INSTRUCTIONS
MAC / WINDOWS / MOBILE
HOW TO INSTALL LIGHTROOM 4, 5, 6 & CC PRESETS FOR MAC
METHOD 1:
1. Open Desktop Lightroom.
2. Go to Lightroom (Dialogue) • Preferences • Presets.
3. Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder.
4. Double click on Lightroom.
5. Double click on Develop Presets.
6. Copy the folder(s) of your presets into Develop Presets folder.
7. Restart Desktop Lightroom.
METHOD 2:
1. Open Desktop Lightroom.
2. Import the photo and click DEVELOP.
3. Click on the panel menu and IMPORT THE PRESETS.
4. Find the location where you have downloaded the presets
and SELECT THEM ALL.
5. Choose the preset.
HOW TO INSTALL LIGHTROOM 4, 5, 6 & CC PRESETS FOR WINDOWS
1. Open Desktop Lightroom.
2. Go to Edit • Preferences • Presets.
3. Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder.
4. Double click on Lightroom.
5. Double click on Develop Presets.
6. Copy the folder(s) of your presets into the Develop Presets folder.
7. Restart Lightroom.
HOW TO INSTALL LIGHTROOM MOBILE PRESETS
1. Install The Lightroom App.
Make sure you have downloaded Adobe Lightroom CC on your phone. It’s free but you still need to register.
2. Download The Presets (The Dng Files).
You can download it directly to your phone or you can do it on your laptop as well. If you download them on your laptop you can either send them to your phone via Airdrop, Google Drive, or iCloud Drive, After you downloaded the presets go to your downloads folder in the Files app and unzip the File. Use the free app “ZIP & RAR File Extractor”(iPhone) or “gbox” (Android). Open the presets folder select the presets that you want to install and press share and Press “Open in Lightroom”.
3. Save The Presets.
Once it’s opened in Lightroom mobile, click the ellipsis on the top right and select “Create Preset”. Sleet the options. so you see a blue mark on some of them as shown below. Give a name to the preset (you can use ours or be creative and choose the one you like) and click on the mark symbol on the right top of the screen. You can delete the image and repeat the process again.
Now you are ready to edit your photos! Upload a picture you want to edit, press “Presets” and you can find the presets you saved under “user presets”.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are three settings that the Pack presets do not change, which will depend on your device, lens, shooting conditions, and personal style: every photo is different and many factors affect the final result as the camera, the lighting, white balance, skin tone, contrast, etc. If your photo doesn’t look perfect to you you may need to change settings like the exposure, saturation, or temperature to get the best results. All this can be done in Lightroom.
